A Short Biography

Thanks for looking at this page. I'm not too sure what I should be writing here, so here's the basics. You can always ask if there is something you need to know! I was born in Nottingham, UK, and have lived in a number of countries before moving to Australia. That's me on the right, a couple of days after getting married about 5 years ago. Yes, I should get a more recent photo .... I must do that one of these days :)

I'd always wanted to be a photographer but I didn't have the money to take it seriously. That changed in 2004 when i got my first digital SLR and there has been no looking back.

I settled in Perth in 2008 with my lovely wife, Anke, and I'm enjoying exploring many different aspects of photography. As well as my studio work, I love travel, nature, landscape and people photograpy. You can see a few of my images from these styles on my other website www.carono.com.au (still in development).
